ABOUT THE ROLE
Bionews is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Success Manager to oversee the strategic execution of digital advertising campaigns for leading pharmaceutical brands. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Ad Ops, Performance Strategy, Editorial, and Audience Growth teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered seamlessly and exceed client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle from pre-sale to post-sale.

RFP Strategy: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on RFP responses, developing tailored campaign proposals that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Campaign Execution: Partner with Editorial, Ad Ops, Audience Growth, and Performance teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, delivered on time, and exceed brand KPIs.

Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insightful wrap reports to client partners.

Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for upselling to drive business growth and retention.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree (Advertising, Marketing, Communications or other relevant areas)

1-2 years of experience in digital publishing sales support (pre and post sale)

Exceptional communication and client service skills

High attention to detail and strong time management and prioritization skills

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and strategically solve problems

Fluency in digital media pricing models such as CPM; CPUV; CPC, etc.

Strong understanding of DCM, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics

Familiarity with DoubleVerify, Crossix, IQVIA, etc.
