About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Growth Marketing Specialists to join our growing team and play a key role in amplifying awareness and engagement for our portfolio of life-changing content and solutions for the rare and chronic communities.

This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:

Own and execute audience acquisition campaigns focused on site engagement, newsletter growth, and social follower expansion across Bionews communities.

Develop, test, and scale targeted paid acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Google, Reddit, and other platforms.

Conduct audience research to identify and reach patients, caregivers, and advocates within the rare and chronic disease space.

Write compelling ad copy, design/test visuals, and manage creative production to ensure high-performing campaigns that drive conversions.

Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Directly contribute to revenue delivery by executing campaigns aligned with client KPIs and internal growth targets.

Build and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights, including spend analytics, funnel conversion, growth outcomes, and progress toward revenue/KPI goals.

Stay current with growth marketing trends, tools, and platform changes, applying learnings to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams (client success, newsletter, social, product) to optimize conversion funnels and retention strategies that support both user growth and client success.
What We Are Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience, with a proven track record in paid acquisition and conversion.

Demonstrated success in scaling audiences (email/newsletter growth, website traffic, or social acquisition).

Expertise in PPC best practices including targeting, keyword research, and ad copywriting.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). -
Experience in healthcare, health tech, or patient advocacy preferred, with awareness of compliance considerations.

Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities independently.
