The Client Services Manager is an integral part of our Bionews Ad Sales team and is responsible for collaboration with sales, ad operations and marketing. You will develop media plans, campaign optimizations, retention, renewals, and issue resolution. 

Media Strategy & Accountability

  • Accountable for RFP responses and alignment to marketing and advertising goals
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings to develop media plans and achieve post-sale campaign success
  • Serve as client day-to-day contact and management
  • Identify new opportunities to address client needs and revenue growth
  • Act as client voice for new offerings and identify ways to market test potential solutions 
  • Collaborate with AdOps and analytics teams to ensure delivery and performance success

    • 3+ years of experience in digital publishing sales support or a digital agency planning or buying
    • Fluency in digital media pricing models such as CPM; CPUV; CPC, etc.
    • Strong understanding of DFP/DCM, Microsoft Office, Salesforce
    • Familiarity with comScore; IAS; DoubleVerify
    • Familiarity with Crossix, IQVIA
    • Exceptional client service skills, positive and confident disposition when responding to frequent deadlines for multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
    • High attention to detail. Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic problem solving. Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills.
    • Ability to travel as client needs, approx. 10%-20%
